Elaine Brinkley

Elaine Brinkley has been involved with Camp Fire Camp Toccoa since her first summer as a camper in 1983. She returned each summer until 1992, and then spent seven years on staff at Camp Fire Camp Toccoa in a variety of different positions. From 2000 until 2003 she worked year-round for the Georgia Council of Camp Fire in Atlanta. Elaine has also worked at the Rocky Mountain Council of Camp Fire in Denver, Colorado and spent four years working for the YMCA in Metro Atlanta. In the fall of 2008, she happily took the position of Executive Director for Camp Fire Georgia and has since enjoyed her time back in the hills of Camp Fire Camp Toccoa.
Mary McSherry

Mary McSherry has been involved with Camp Fire Camp Toccoa since her first summer as a counselor in 2009. Mary worked as a counselor for the youngest girls while on college break from Concordia University in Michigan. After an amazing experience Mary returned in 2010 as a unit director then began her career as a full time staff member with Camp Fire Camp Toccoa.
Kyle McSherry
Champion for Youth Development and Thrive Director, Camp Fire Georgia

Kyle McSherry has been involved with Camp Fire Camp Toccoa since his first summer as a camper in 1997. Kyle graduated the counselor in training program in 2007 then began his camp counselor career. Kyle has served as a camp counselor, unit director, CIT director, led numerous backpacking trips and now works full time as Camp Fire Georgia’s Champion for Youth Development and Thrive Director.
Geri Campbell
Horseback Director and Volunteer Coordinator, Camp Fire Georgia

Geri Campbell began her career with Camp Fire Camp Toccoa in 2009 as the Horseback Director. Geri has experienced putting many campers on a horse for the first time as well as working with more advanced riders. Geri enjoys teaching private lessons in the off season and also coordinating volunteer weekends and events among numerous other tasks.
